With nearly 140 years of history, we have gained significant and reliable experience in the processing of thermoplastics, especially PVC and POLYOLEFIN by extrusion.
We have extensive experience and practice in the production of PVC products, pipes, cable ducts for the electrical installation industry, as well as construction industry profiles, such as heaters made of polyolefin, floor heaters, wall heating pipes, structural roof and thermal insulation elements, as well as throat and spiral pipes.
With modern double edge, cable industry product, spiral pipe production lines, we are able to process pipes and profiles with extrusion technology with a maximum output of 100 kg/hour.
Our production tools are suitable for individual marking (logos, barcodes), punching and perforating both profiles and pipes, as well as for the production of multi-layer products, typically in the case of heating pipes.
Environmentally friendly infrastructure
Our entire machine park is capable of processing nearly 2,500 tons of raw materials, in addition to providing electricity produced by a solar system and a central cooling water system suitable for heating in winter.
